Significantly, 2-REG does not transfer personal information collected us to any companies for marketing products and services from such companies.
Where 2-REG uses any service providers for its operational or administrative support then such supplier may have access to personal information collected or processed by 2-REG. Any such supplier will act as a sub-processor according to written agreement and instructions from 2-REG and The Aircraft Registrar. We are responsible for insuring that the use of such service suppliers is compliant to local personal data protection regulation in Guernsey and the GDPR.
