What do you require from the Resident Agent to complete the due diligence for an aircraft registration?
We would require the following documents from the resident agent in order to complete the due diligence for an aircraft registration.
Acceptance letter confirming the KYC has been done on the owning entity, including a brief summary, UBO’s and fiduciary licence number.
A certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent document that identifies the name of the company.
Document confirming the registered address of the company.
The bill of sale confirming ownership of the aircraft.
